This second Brazil in our 2020 line up is a 180 degree turn. Well maybe only 135 but judge yourself. Anyway in compare with previous choice from different part of the country you gonna get more intense acidity and fruity aromatics!
Of course that Brazil will never be like Kenya but that’s great actually plus this kind of an allstar - Pocos de Caldas region - will get excited more than one enthusiast in hand brewing. In our opinion it is a great example of the fact that Brazilian coffee doesn’t have to be only about dominant taste of caramel, nugat or dark chocolate but it has much more to offer even from the fruity spectre of taste pallet. Although some of the caramel notes can not be denied...
