Liqueur wine Lokus & coffee set

Wine and coffee are very close to each other in terms of cultivation, processing and taste. Historically, dessert liqueur wine has always had a place on tables in cafés, although nowadays it is rather a rarity - but we would like to change that together. Only a handful of people in the Czech Republic are dedicated to the production of this type of wine, and J. Stávek is definitely one of the best of them.

Lokus red

Lokus red is a liqueur wine made by fortifying fermenting must with grape distillate. The expression of the wine is an interesting combination of a higher content of natural grape sugar and a cabernet bouquet, which in the aftertaste is complemented by a subtle chocolate-roasted oak aroma.

Rebelbean coffee

Due to the seasonality of our offer, we always complement the pack with one of the current coffees that sensory match best with Lokus. We try to preferably choose coffees processed using the dry method, as it gives the coffee a denser and sweeter note.
