You want stability, we want to play. And blend is exactly the kind of playground that does both!
For us, the coffee profile comes first. For one thing, we're after a full, sweet flavour, but at the same time we can't miss the fruity and pleasant acidity. Imagine pancakes where each layer is spread with a different jam - there's definitely no risk of boredom! The advantage of this blend is precisely its complexity.
Like our other coffees, it is roasted on an omni roast. Therefore, you don't have to limit yourself to espresso - for example, we like to drink it almost every morning in our premises on a batch brew.
But we have to admit that the first thing we turn on when we get to work is not the coffee machine, but the sound system. The music and coffee just belong to the start of every great day! The beans you're holding in your hands right now are best described by our bespoke playlist - basically a blend too, where instead of coffee, our whole team has mixed different styles of music. Some of the ingredients are sweeter, others are sharper, and together they make a perfectly rebellious mix that won't make you yawn. And along with the blend, we'll be developing this soundtrack.
