I have an old VIR card, will I lose credit?
You can't recharge your old card, but you won't lose your love. Either top them up normally or switch them to a new digital card. When you sign up, enter your old card number and everything will be OK again.

You can also use the loyalty program with the Kartička app, which can be found in the App Store and Google Play.

Please present your card at checkout. The barista will ask you if you want to redeem your collected love.
