This coffee is built on a bold chocolate profile, notes of hazelnuts, and caramel sweetness. It is a full-bodied coffee with low acidity, designed for those who prefer density and harmony in their cup. Thanks to its character, it forms the ideal base for milk-based coffee drinks, but it also tastes great as a clean, sweet espresso.

Challenge accepted: How to get the most out of an automatic coffee machine?

Brewing on an automatic machine has its own specifics – lower pressures and less temperature stability compared to professional manual espresso machines. We focused on this technical challenge, and after many tests and thanks to your feedback, we found the recipe:

  • Optimized solubility: We roasted the beans so that the flavors are released more easily. Your automatic machine can thus extract maximum body and sweetness from the coffee even with a simpler brewing process.
  • Consistent experience: The coffee behaves predictably and reliably every day. You don't have to worry about constantly having to readjust your coffee machine.

Brazil Mogiana: Sweetness supported by natural processing

The base is coffee from the Brazilian Mogiana region, which we have been sourcing long-term for its flavor consistency and characteristic profile.

  • Natural processing: The beans are processed using the dry method, which leaves them with maximum natural sweetness and contributes to the syrupy texture of the final cup.
  • Pleasant bitterness: In the aftertaste, you can expect a light, sophisticated bitterness of high-percentage chocolate, which complements the overall sweetness and gives the coffee the necessary structure.
