My Daily Mix

Sweet & Balanced

The aim of this blend is the most complex flavour and high sweetness. We source the coffees hot this blend to fill the entire taste spectrum from acidity, through sweetness to a pleasant bitterness. Expect a full, sweet body, but also a pleasant, fruity acidity. On espresso, it's a full-bodied, nutty coffee with the sweetness of chocolate and ripe fruit. On filter, the acidity and juicy texture come through more, but the full body and nutty notes linger. 

This coffee is, as you are used to with us, roasted as an omni roast. Therefore, you don't have to limit your preparation to espresso, but can also prepare a full-bodied, sweet and juicy filter.

We always select coffees for this blend that are processed using the dry or semi-washed (honey) method, which ensures plenty of sweetness and full body, which is key for us with this coffee. Both coffees are roasted separately to get the best out of them, and then we blend them together in the ratio that tastes best to us. You'll also see this blend in our cafes most of the year, where our baristas use it to make all of your espresso drinks.

My Daily Mix is inspired by the playlists we like to use to make our roasting mornings more enjoyable. Their charm is that they're a little different every day, always surprising us, but with the same overall vibe. And that's exactly what this blend is. It's a blend of two great coffees that taste great on their own, but together form a team that complements each other and offers an even higher level of experience.

It's a coffee that holds its character, but doesn't stop entertaining you. The perfect mix of what you know and love with something new that always surprises you!
