• Filters & a pro flow hack: We generally recommend standard Moccamaster paper filters or the reusable eco-friendly Precise Brew. However, our Head of Coffee Denis has a tip: for a faster flow and better extraction, try Hario V60 paper filters (size 03). Just fold the tip, and they will fit like a glove!

• Water and brew ratio: We highly recommend using filtered water (e.g., from a filter jug). The ideal starting recipe is 60 to 65 g of specialty coffee per 1 liter of water.

• Regular care: Do not forget about maintenance. You can find specialized cleaning products and descalers in our e-shop to keep your coffee maker in top condition.
